Katrin Jordan is part of Deutsche Telekom AG’s Group Technology, Strategy and Architecture Team. As part of her activities, Katrin chairs the GSMA Terminal Steering Group, drives a number of mid-long term focussed terminal topics, working closely together with various internal departments and external organisations.
Before, Katrin has chaired the OMTP/WAC transition committee, has been a member of the OMTP Board, the OMTP Technical Plenary Committee and the BONDI Steering Committee and has contributed to the delivery of a wide range of terminal recommendations, today reflected in terminal implementations.
Further, she has been working on a range of future mobile service developments, has been responsible for product management of Application Security and DRM, has chaired working groups both in GSMA and OMTP, engaged in T-Mobile’s terminal evaluations for some years and also delivered an assessment of the IT developments in Hongkong in comparison to Berlin in the year 2000.
Katrin joined the Deutsche Telekom Group in 1999 after graduating with an MBA from the Vlerick Leuven Gent Mangement School, Belgium. She also holds an “Honours in Commerce” Degree from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.
Webinos will investigate and deliver re-usable results for a secure delivery of applications across domains key to DT: PC, Mobile, TV, automotive. Been amongst the team founding and setting up webinos, I fully believe in the innovation, high potential, the timely relevance and attractiveness of delivering against the webinos vision.
